Our food becomes us so it is so important to eat really well most of the time. I love my green smoothies and loads of fresh veggies with a small amount of fruit. Since eating like this my food has made me glow. The best way to  know if your food is good for you is to be aware of how you feel after you eat it. If you feel alive, vibrant and full of energy then you are on the right path. Having a great relationship with what you put in your mouth is one of the best ways to get the most out of your life.
